Variety: Agiorgitiko Hand picked and sorted, low yield per hectare.
Region: Agiorgitiko is cultivated exclusively within the region of Nemea where the wine classified with PDO Nemea is produced.
Pomegranates: Hand-picked pomegranates of the famous Ermioni variety from the Corinthian highlands.
Information: The combination of our sweet vinegar with pomegranates results in this balanced vinegar that combines sweetness, acidity, and fruitiness in one product. Whole, fresh pomegranates are immersed in the vinegar for several days to extract their natural flavors.
Tasting notes: Dark reddish-brown color, aromas of sun-dried grapes with hints of banana. Sour taste combined with a balanced sweetness, strong notes of ripe fruit and pomegranate in the aftertaste.
Certified organic according to Regulation (EC) 834/2007 USDA NOP, ISO 9001/2008, ISO 22000/2005.
