The Tequila Terralta Extra Añejo 55% is definitely a rarity. An Extra Añejo as Highproof with 55% vol. you do not see and drink every day. This Extra Añejo is one of a total of six tequilas in the Terralta range from master distiller Felipe Camarena. The 40% variant is available here.
It combines everything you could want in a special tequila: 100% premium agave from their own fields, Distillation Strength at 55% vol, aged 4 years in American bourbon oak barrels, and special water from 140 meters deep.
This Extra Añejo Tequila is of course also completely free of additives.

Terralta Tequila
Terralta brand tequila comes from the genius and tequila master Felipe Camerena. Felipe is known worldwide for his tequila creations. He actually operated Terralta in the beginning as a side project and is quite similar to G4 Tequila in some respects. In the meantime, Terralta has become quite the insider tip among tequila lovers. This makes Terralta Tequila the third brand from the legendary El Pandillo distillery in Mexico - in addition to the two brands G4 Tequila and Pasote. Terralta translates as "highlands." All six Terralta Tequilas are made from 100% deep well water from a depth of 140 meters.
