More information about Tyrell beer menu summer 2026
Three courses, three exceptional beers - a menu that surprises and delights.
This menu includes:
1x Kaiserweisse - Tripel Berliner Weisse - Aperitif
An elegant prelude for special moments. Our Tripel Berliner Weisse from historic 1920s cultures impresses with its finely balanced acidity, fruity accents and a gentle malty note. Sparkling, refreshing and with lively depth - the perfect start to an exceptional menu.
Taste: fruity-sour, malty tones
Alcohol content: 10 % vol.
1x GARTENSAISON - Main course
An organic beer in the Belgian Saison style, brewed as a strong beer - intended as a lively partner for hearty dishes.
During fermentation, aromas of clove and banana develop, which are complemented by pepper and fresh garden herbs (rosemary, thyme). The beer is dry, spicy and full of life - exactly the characteristics that make it an ideal accompaniment to main courses, such as poultry or spicy stews (whether meat or vegetables).
Taste: full-bodied, uniquely spicy
Alcohol content: 9.6 % vol.
1x Kaffirweisse - dessert accompaniment
A worthy finale for connoisseurs. Our Tripel Berliner Weisse, matured on kaffir lime leaves and ginger root, combines exotic citrus notes with a subtle ginger spiciness. Refreshing and multi-layered at the same time, it is ideal with fruit sorbets or as a sophisticated counterpoint to chocolaty desserts.
Taste: exotic citrus notes, subtle ginger spiciness
Alcohol content: 10 % vol.

Tyrell BrauKunstAtelier
Brew, enjoy and celebrate together! And this with beers that continue to mature in the bottle and develop excitingly over the years. A must for your own beer cellar. With an eagerness to experiment between German tradition, South American lightness and North American confidence, Thomas Tyrell has already taken on many challenges in the past. He has been brewing beer since 1991 and the list of his brewing experiences is long. Many are familiar with his work as head brewmaster at Stone Brewing in Berlin. Since 2020, he has been taking care of the royal class of beers - the matured ones - in his own BrauKunstAtelier. Beer styles that are a pleasure to drink even after years of cool storage. In terms of beer style, brewing process and choice of ingredients, the focus is on bottle aging. Be it through coffee-like roasted malt; be it through the harmonious symbiosis of yeast and lactic...
