Voyatzi A Butterfly's Flutter Rosé

A wonderful rosé made from the Greek grape varieties Xinomavro and Tsapournakos. In Velevendo near Kozani in northern Greece, the grape varieties on the shores of Lake Polyfitos find the ideal microclimate for this elegant, finesse-rich Greek cool climate rosé. After a short extraction period of the mash, together with the solid grape components, fermentation takes place at controlled low temperatures.

Tasting notes: clear, pale pink, on the nose: medium plus intensity, aromas of citrus, red and black wild strawberries and cherries, some herbs, green peppers, rose petals, fresh blackcurrant juice and mineral notes, on the palate: dry, fresh, medium and well-integrated acidity, medium alcohol and body, the aromas of the nose, elegant, balanced, multi-layered finish, excellent.

Our recommendation:An elegant, finesse-rich rosé. Very complex aromas, harmonious and well-balanced with character. Convinces even those who are not normally "rosé drinkers". Excellent at the end of the day and as an accompaniment to food.

Goes well with: aperitifs, light cuisine, cold mixed starters, pasta with red sauces, pizza, pasta with seafood and red sauces, salmon slices.
