Voyatzi A Butterfly's Flutter Rosé

A wonderful rosé made from the Greek grape varieties Xinomavro and Tsapournakos. In Velevendo, near Kozani, in northern Greece, the grape varieties find the ideal microclimate on the shores of Lake Polyfitos for this elegant, finesse Greek cool climate rosé. After a short extraction time of the must, together with the solid grape components, fermentation takes place at controlled low temperatures.

Tasting: clear pale pink color, nose: medium plus intensity, aromas of citrus, red and black wild strawberries and cherries, some herbs, green bell pepper, rose petals, fresh currant juice and mineral notes, palate: dry, fresh, medium and well integrated acidity, medium alcohol and body, the aromas of the nose, finish elegant, balanced, complex, excellent.

Our recommendation:An elegant rosé, rich in finesse. Very complex aromas, harmonious and well balanced with character. Convinces even those who are otherwise not "rosé drinkers". Excellent for the end of the day and as a food companion.
