Voyatzi Three Wishes Organic White Wine Cuvée

A wonderful organic cuvée from the vines Assyrtiko (brings body, acidity, minerality), the Malvasia grape (for the fruity-aromatic parts) and some Chardonnay (brings body and mouthfeel), grown and vinified organically in harmony with the ecosystem. The ideal and regionally different interplay of mesoclimate, microclimate and soil of Velvento is expressed in the wines of Voyatzi Winery and also allows the different grape varieties to be planted in the best places for them.

All three grape varieties are fermented separately at 18°C to 20°C in steel vats, according to the classic white wine method, from the initial must after static settling of the lees. After fermentation, the wines are cuvéed.

Tasting: pale lemon yellow, nose: medium intensity, aromas of citrus, peach, pear, citrus blossom, palate: dry, with well-integrated, medium acidity, medium alcohol and body, the aromas of the nose with distinct aromas of apricot and peach and mineral hints, nice finish, balanced, complex, excellent, with aging potential.

Drinking temperature: 8 - 12 °C

Our recommendation: For lovers of dry, aromatic white wines with soft texture: An excellent, organic white wine cuvée of Assyrtiko, Malvasia and some Chardonnay.

Pairings: pork and chicken fillet in creamy sauce, rich fish grilled, rich fish with vegetables and leeks or in creamy sauces, pasta with prosciutto/carbonara, pasta with asparagus, classic asparagus dishes also with smoked ham, vegetable strudel, mixed creamed vegetables, medium mature soft and hard cheeses.
