1x Three Wishes white wine - 0.75 l | 13 % vol.
A wonderful organic cuvée made from Assyrtiko grapes (adds body, acidity and minerality), Malvasia grapes (for the fruity, aromatic components) and a little Chardonnay (adds body and mouthfeel), organically grown and matured in harmony with the ecosystem.

1x A Butterfly's Flutter Rosé - 0,75 l | 12,5 % vol.
A wonderful rosé made from the Greek grape varieties Xinomavro and Tsapournakos. In Velevendo near Kozani in northern Greece, the grape varieties on the shores of Lake Polyfitos find the ideal microclimate for this elegant, finesse-rich Greek cool climate rosé. After a short extraction period of the mash, together with the solid grape components, fermentation takes place at controlled low temperatures.

Excellent cuvée made from the Xinomavro grape variety (65%) - the most important red grape variety in Macedonia - and the international Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety (35%). It also shows that Yiannis Voyatzi studied oenology in Bordeaux. All wines are vinified in harmony and harmony with the ecosystem of the vineyards, all in organic quality.

Unser Weingut erstreckt sich auf 3 Hektar und ist in Velvento am Fuße des Pieria-Gebirges, direkt am malerischen Polyfytos-See gelegen. Wir sind stolz darauf, eine lange Familientradition als Weinhändler zu pflegen, die bis ins frühe 20. Jahrhundert zurückreicht. Schon damals wurden große Mengen Wein aus Velvento in die aufstrebende Stadt Katerini transportiert, wo unsere Familie einen Weinkeller und ein Ouzo-Haus betrieb. Nach vielen Jahren beschlossen Yannis, sein Bruder Nico und ihr Vater Harissis, nach Velvento zurückzukehren und einen alten Weinberg der Familie neu zu beleben. Yannis studierte Önologie an der renommierten Universität Bordeaux in Frankreich und bringt umfangreiche Erfahrung in der griechischen Weinproduktion mit. Gemeinsam setzt sich die Familie mit größter Leidenschaft und Sorgfalt für ihren Weinberg ein und pflegt ihn mit viel Liebe zum Detail.
