The beautifully balanced acidity in combination with notes of white peach and nectarines make for a great taste experience on the palate. The Vrede en Lust Kogelberg Chenin Blanc, whose grapes come from the single vineyard of the same name in Elgin, is therefore a pleasure in itself. The white wine, which is matured for ten months in French oak, also goes perfectly with seafood dishes, a curry or creamy cheese.
