Mit einer Fläche von 250 Hektar und einer Höhenlage von 430 Metern bieten die Weinberge ideale Bedingungen für den Weinbau ohne oder mit nur geringer Bewässerung. Die weißen Traubensorten Muscat of Alexandria, Sauvignon Blanc, Malagouzia, Viognier und Assyrtiko sowie die roten Traubensorten Merlot und Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko und Syrah gedeihen hier prächtig. Die Weinherstellung erfolgt in modernen und privaten Einrichtungen des Familienweinguts in Portaria, Chalkidiki.
