More information about Weingut Klenert Auxerrois
Auxerrois is an old grape variety typical of the Kraichgau region, which was forgotten for a long time. Auxerrois belongs to the Burgundy family and is therefore related to the Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc grape varieties.
Matured in stainless steel tanks and fermented completely spontaneously, the aroma is reminiscent of ripe fruit such as quince, mirabelle plum and mango. Its subtle acidity and the multi-layered structure of this wine make it an ideal all-rounder that is a pleasure to drink on its own or with food.
