A fruity, fragrant Chardonnay with spicy and floral notes. It acquires its creamy character through long maturation on the lees.
The Chardonnay is matured dry in stainless steel tanks, fermented completely spontaneously and ripens on a warm loess loam soil, allowing the grapes to develop their full aroma.
