Pinot Gris is a full-bodied wine with pleasant aromas reminiscent of almonds, green nuts and fruity aromas of apple, pear, pineapple and citrus fruits.
The dry ageing in stainless steel tanks - 100% spontaneously fermented - and the subtle acidity give the Pinot Gris its unique structure, complexity and freshness, which is further enhanced by the soil conditions in the Kraichgau (warm soil, loess loam).
