The Asara Vineyard Collection Shiraz is a spirited, yet elegant red wine that sparkles in a dark ruby red in the glass. Aromas of red fruits, star anise and pepper flow into the nose and the red wine also delights the palate with its fruity and spicy notes. The supple tannins give the full-bodied Asara Vineyard Collection Shiraz a lovely mouthfeel that lingers. The red wine aged for fifteen months in French oak and is a treat on its own, but it also accompanies hearty dishes with dark meat very well.
