The Asara Vineyard Collection Shiraz is a spirited yet elegant red wine that sparkles a dark ruby red in the glass. Aromas of red fruits, star anise and pepper fill the nose and the red wine also delights the palate with its fruity and spicy notes. The supple tannins give the full-bodied Asara Vineyard Collection Shiraz a beautiful mouthfeel that lingers for a long time. The red wine matures for fifteen months in French oak and is a treat for the palate on its own, but it also goes very well with hearty dishes with dark meat.
