A love of wine and good food, wonderment at the lack of quality non-alcoholic beverages, and a desire for a product that fits a conscious yet stylish lifestyle laid the foundation for Kolonne Null in 2018. Philipp Rößle and Moritz Zyrewitz, our founders, have known each other since their student days. When they first started tasting non-alcoholic wines at friends' houses, they were faced with the challenge of marketing the product and creating the market for this new product. They traveled to winemakers, wineries and dealcoholization specialists around the world to find the best quality non-alcoholic wines. In co-production with a small winery from Lower Austria, we produced our first wine in the summer of 2018. We initially distributed this via weekly markets and wine shops.
