Konstantara Organic Rosé

This rosé is bright with some orange tones. Beautiful fragrant floral scents of red rose, but also red fruits reminiscent of strawberry, blueberry, sour cherry and cherry, rounded by subtle caramel notes. In the mouth it is provocative and expressive, exuberant with crisp fresh red fruits, thirst-quenching acidity, balanced body and fruity aftertaste that accentuates the flavors.

Vinification: cold extraction before fermentation, (briefly), controlled alcoholic fermentation, aging with the wine lees (sur lie).

Serving suggestions: Served at a temperature of 8-10° Celsius in a white wine glass.

Delicious combinations: A refined and elegant rosé to accompany almost all dishes with fresh tomatoes, such as lobster spaghetti, fried shrimp, pasta with minced meat. It goes well with chicken and pork in light red sauces. Combines harmoniously with Asian cuisine, like Chinese, and with fatty grilled fish or cooked, like salmon. It goes well with cold cuts and cheese dishes, and goes well with grilled meats thanks to its tannic structure.

Aging recommendations: Enjoyed fresh during the first 2 years of life. It is recommended to store the bottles in a shady place, sideways and at a temperature of 14-16°C Celsius
