Bright ruby red wine with violet reflections. A complex bouquet that develops. The aromas of caramel, cedar and spices are framed by lush aromas of red fruits (plum, cherry). Exuberant mouth, balanced with soft tannins and acidity. Aftertaste with long duration and fruit. A light everyday wine, especially friendly for red wine lovers in summer.
Vinification: Cold extraction before fermentation, classic red wine vinification.
Servingsuggestions: Serve at a temperature of 12-16° Celsius in a large red wine glass. Transfusion may be required.
Taste combinations: The noble tannins make it a versatile flavor combination in traditional Greek cuisine, such as tomatoes stuffed with minced meat, fried meatballs, soutzoukaki, spetzofai, moussaka, stuffed eggplant or peppers.
