More information about Konstantara Organic Merlot
An excellent Merlot that is characterized by its deep purple color, fresh aromas of black fruits such as cherry, raspberry, plum and blueberry, its soft, velvety and pleasant tannins and its fruity aftertaste.
Vinification: Classic red wine vinification, which initially involves cold extraction before fermentation. There is no evolution in oak barrels, but in a tank using the concreting technique.
Serving suggestions: Served at a temperature of 12-14° C in a large red wine glass.
Flavor pairings: Its flavor characteristics make it a noble red wine that goes well with any dish that has a strong proportion of fresh tomatoes. Also pair it with grilled steak, pork chops, pork with honey and mustard, roasted pork with prunes.
Ageing recommendations: From the first years of life, but also with the possibility of greater development after 3-4 years. It is recommended to store the bottles sideways, protected from light and at a temperature of 14-16° Celsius.

Die Weinherstellung erfolgt in modernen und privaten Einrichtungen des Familienweinguts in Portaria, Chalkidiki.
