Local apples and pears, harvested from meadow orchards along the Flensburg Fjord, are first pressed and the raw juice fermented into cider/cider. After separation from the yeast, distillation takes place in the company's own distillation plant. The resulting distillate is stored in Hungarian oak barrels for two to four years.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand.
