Very fruity. The aroma is reminiscent of peach and apricot. Juicy, dense Riesling type with power and elegance, refreshing acidity and noticeably subtle sweetness.
South-west facing slope. Calcareous marl soil with a loess layer.
Hand-picked. Gentle processing of the grapes. Matured in steel tanks with temperature-controlled fermentation at 16°C and minimal filtration.

Started in 2009, the qualitative reorientation with the establishment of the three wine lines "Basis", "Premium" and "Exclusiv" in vinification is now clearly tangible with the latest vintages. The natural cultivation of the vineyards and the gentle vinification in favor of expressive wines require more time, a lot of patience and sometimes a little courage.
