With its Bademeister, Hanscraft & Co. has created a new summer hit that provides refreshment on hot days in the style of a Berliner Weisse. The fruity sour beer is non-alcoholic, making it a wonderful thirst quencher.
The Berliner Weisse in its summery guise flows into the glass in a warm orange hue and is adorned with a crown of white foam. The lively carbon dioxide brings to light a bouquet of the finest aromas that smell of sun-ripened citrus fruits.
In terms of taste, the Bademeister follows its first olfactory impression and tickles the tongue with a skillful balance of soft sweetness, fruity acidity and tart bitterness. The non-alcoholic beer plays a whole range of different citrus notes reminiscent of lemon zest, grapefruit, tangerine and lime.
