More information about Jonston Winter Time Gin 2022
The Winter Time Gin is already an annual tradition, this time in the 2022 edition. Limited edition, created for the winter season, including the holidays. The recipe was composed around citrus fruits such as oranges and mandarins.
There is also a large amount of cocoa. In addition to the classic blend of herbs and spices, the macerate has been enriched with blackthorn and cranberries, among other things.
This gin has a rich and very intense aroma: first juniper, then definitely citrus fruits: you can clearly smell oranges and mandarins. In the finish, cloves and cocoa enter the nose and notes reminiscent of lemongrass, ginger and candied fruit. Juniper, orange peel, dark chocolate, nuts and pepper appear on the palate. Pleasantly dry and warming.
Winter Time Gin is a great choice as a Christmas gift or for warm winter evenings. You can enjoy this gin neat, in a gin cocktail or with a good tonic.
