Elegant Greek white wine with a light straw color with greenish reflections and aromas of exotic fruits such as mango, ripe fruits such as pear and lemons, but also aromas of spring flowers such as white rose, combined with aromas of sage and marjoram. In the mouth it is rich and full of strong aromatic character, with balance and freshness and with a spicy aftertaste that lingers for a long time.
Vinification: Cold extraction before fermentation, controlled alcoholic fermentation, maturation on the lees (sur lie).
Serving suggestions: Served at a temperature of 8-10° Celsius in a white wine glass.
Delicious pairings: Ideal with the traditional snacks of Greek cuisine such as stuffed vine leaves, green pies, cheese pies, salads with fresh vegetables as well as risotto or pasta with seafood. Combines harmoniously with Asian cuisine, grilled fish, chicken and pork with white sauces or breaded. Perfect as a summer aperitif or as a harmonious end to a meal with cheese and fruit.
Ageing recommendations: Enjoy fresh in the first 2-3 years of life. It is recommended to store the bottles in a shady place, on their side and at a temperature of 14-16° Celsius.
