We created Maennerhobby Doppelwacholder to finally make connoisseurs happy again. Because even though the spicy, tart berries form the basis of the popular spirit gin, you can hardly taste them in the countless gin variations.
How is Maennerhobby Doppelwacholder produced?
Our double juniper is made from Italian juniper berries that grow wild in Tuscany. These berries are then macerated with grain neutral alcohol and distilled. It is then filtered and bottled.
What does Maennerhobby Doppelwacholder taste like?
Maennerhobby Doppelwacholder has a simple yet powerful aroma - namely juniper. It tastes exactly as gin should. Cheers!
