When the Northmen have Caribbean dreams....
The boss just loves rum. We've always wanted to make it ourselves and that's how it came about. Just like that! Long experiments preceded the rum. When the new 600-liter distillery finally arrived, we were able to get to grips with the project.
The raw material for this rum is molasses from here and there. This is somehow included with every product. The first rum will be distilled from organic sugar cane molasses from Paraguay. We'll see what comes next.... It will be available as a white rum, as a spiced version and also as a classic barrel-aged (unsweetened) rum for lovers of original rum distillates.
The product is organic in accordance with EU regulations. Raw material: organic sugar cane molasses from Paraguay.
