From our amber series....the sea buckthorn!
Which actually looks in the bottle as if we had found amber on the beach and added it. The basis is the sea buckthorn spirit. Candy sugar on top - days later it dissolves in the bottle and provides the wonderful color. Soft and pleasing. A wonderful spirit. But it should officially be called "spirit". In any case, it is still a long way from being a liqueur in terms of sugar content. It also does the fruit a lot of good, as we have discovered.
