We can't get past the lemon of the north...
Regionality and all that. But not everyone likes them. Despite its tanginess and high vitamin C content, many find the taste musty. We avoid this because our spirit gets a lot of sea buckthorn. The aromas can unfold perfectly. A real oddball in our range of spirits.
Sea buckthorn also comes from our beautiful state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It is grown on various plantations here - the variety is not always the same. So it sometimes tastes a little different, but always regional! We really value that.

Martin Neumann had the idea to distill high-quality and regional spirits. He wanted to create something unique and different from what already existed. Although he did not yet know exactly where the journey should go, one thing was certain: the region needs great spirits and he wanted to follow this call. Together with his wife Katharina, Martin sat down to plan the future project.
