"Egg liqueur without eggs? How is that supposed to work?
In fact, it wasn't easy to work out a recipe that met our expectations in terms of taste. Sometimes the consistency was too firm, sometimes too runny, sometimes we didn't like the color.
In the end, we found a soy drink that was tasty enough for us. With vodka, a little virgin coconut oil for the creaminess, sugar and a good portion of Tahitian vanilla, our egg-free vegan liqueur was ready.
The alcohol content is 16% alcohol by volume, which is why we are allowed to call this product a liqueur.
As a topping on our red fruit jelly or a scoop of chocolate ice cream, a delicious cake ingredient or as a dessert - HALLÖCHEN vegan is a real alternative for anyone who eats a vegan diet or would like to try something new.
