Peaches only thrive in the sunny south. We in Hamburg are lucky that hundreds of ships unload this delicious fruit in the port every day. That's why I named this fruit spread Harbor Cruise. Matured in warm climes, I have combined the taste of the velvety peach in a jar with grapefruit, banana and passion fruit to create a potpourri. This inimitable creation will put you in a vacation mood at any time! I guarantee it!
Taste
The fruity, velvety peach flavor is enhanced by aromatic banana, sweet and sour passion fruit and pink grapefruit fillets. The taste is reminiscent of the frosting of a well-known ice cream flavor with a vanilla ice cream core.

My customers use the harbor cruise as a yogurt pimp. I have also eaten it as a fruit topping for Sunday New York cheesecake, for dessert with vanilla sauce or classically as a fruit spread on bread. This fruit spread is as varied as a harbor cruise in the port of Hamburg.
