I keep getting huge loads of fresh and delicious raspberries. This makes me want to experiment. The result of one of these experiments is my raspberry puree vinegar. Many of my customers tell me that they no longer even use oil, but simply pour the raspberry puree vinegar over a salad and that's it. A dear friend always comes to my store and drinks a small glass.
Taste
My raspberry fruit purée vinegar tastes of raspberries, raspberries and raspberries. It is not quite liquid and a little tart, which is an unbeatable combination with the sweet, intensely flavored raspberry.
Served:
I use my raspberry fruit pulp vinegar for salads, for dipping cheese cubes and other treats. But I can also highly recommend this fruit purée vinegar for cocktails, long drinks and all varieties of champagne, sparkling wine and secco.
