More information about Marge's raspberry syrup
In my family, we usually drink water. But there are days when I want a bit of flavor in my drink. For such moments, I have developed syrups from various fruits that are characterized by a particularly intense fruit taste. Naturally, I started by experimenting with my beloved raspberries in my manufactory. I used steam juicing to create a pure juice from fresh raspberries, which tastes very fruity when refined with lemon juice. This becomes the delicious raspberry syrup.
The taste
What can I say, it is a delicious syrup that is second to none. You can taste the difference to industrially produced products thanks to the pure fruit with no additives.
Served:
My raspberry syrup is suitable for many desserts such as semolina pudding. But it is also ideal for refining cocktails, sparkling wine drinks and, of course, for mixing with water.
