More information about Marge's rhubarb and raspberry jelly
After a few test cooks, it's done: my rhubarb and raspberry jelly is ready! It tastes incredibly fruity and refreshing. The testers said it had addictive potential. We tried it with yogurt, quark and camembert. Our friend Britta has already baked cakes and filled chocolates with it. What's so special? The rhubarb is still in small pieces. Soft, not fibrous, but incredibly tasty. I also used hardly any sugar. The pure fruit flavor comes out best this way!
