More information about Neethlingshof Shiraz 2020
The Neethlingshof Shiraz flows into the glass in a dark ruby red and immediately scores with its great scent of candied red cherries and licorice. Hints of fynbos, lavender and white pepper add a spicy component to the bouquet. On the palate, the red wine is particularly convincing with its fruity notes of black currants and prunes, which are surrounded by clove aromas and lead into a spicy finish. The red wine aged for ten months in French and American oak and is an excellent companion to dishes with dark meat or game. Mediterranean and soft cheeses are also an excellent choice for the Neethlingshof Shiraz, which you should also definitely try neat.
