The Pink Boots Society is not a hiking club for people with a penchant for pink footwear, but an association dedicated to supporting female-read and non-binary people in the fermented and alcoholic beverage industry
The project receives worldwide support from the hop merchant Yakima Chief and countless breweries: Every year, brewers from all corners of the planet work with Yakima Chief to put together a package of different hop varieties, which international breweries then use to brew beers whose proceeds benefit the Pink Boots Society Orca Brau from Nuremberg is part of this campaign and has come up with Nothing Without You based on this year's hop package Because the cold-hopped sour ale was so well received, there is now a second edition of it, pimped with fresh raspberries Nothing Without You in the Raspberry Edition was brewed with the hop varieties Loral, Ekuanot and HBC 586 as well as a truckload of the pink fruits and combines fruity acidity, heavenly raspberry aroma and full-bodied hops to create an irresistible beer

For more than three years, Nuremberg's pleasure landscape has been enriched by an attraction: Orca Brau opened its doors in 2017 and has since enriched the German beer landscape with craft-brewed beer specialties. From writing about beer to brewing beer The head, heart and hand behind the "Orca Brau" company is Felix vom Endt. The young, wild brewer had a rather unusual start in the illustrious world of beer. Like all his fellow brewers, Felix has always enjoyed drinking beer. Unlike the others, however, he not only drank it, but also wrote about it.
