More information about Orca Brau Boomshakalaka
The Orca Brau Boomshakala is an expression of pure joie de vivre, and not just in terms of its name. With his smoked porter, craft brewer Felix vom Endt has created an exciting beer that awakens the spirits. Here, fiery habanero meets sweet raspberry and strong smoked malt.
What does the Orca Brau Boomshakalaka taste like?
The smoked porter initially tastes surprisingly tangy, fresh and, thanks to the raspberries, like lemonade, thanks to a good dose of carbon dioxide. Only gradually does the smoky spiciness of the smoked malt in Orca Brau Boomshakalaka develop. Towards the end, the habanero unfolds its full power and gives the beer a fiery, hot chili aroma that lingers for a long time.
What is the alcohol content of Orca Brau Boomshakalaka?
At 5.6% vol., the intense porter from the Nuremberg brewery has a solid alcohol content. It tastes good on its own and with spicy dishes. But be careful: Orca Brau Boomshakalaka is not for the faint-hearted!
