Cold-hopped with Mosaic and Citra, a few good loads of mango and sour cherries are added in the lager tank, which add a fruity note to the hoppy character of the beer. Barley, wheat and oat malt together with a portion of lactose ensure the velvety-soft texture of Choose Happy Smoothie IPA. This is what summer tastes like!
