The Orca Brau bread beer Der Rebell. The beer. is a collaboration with the Feihl bakery from Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate. To ensure that no bread goes to waste, leftover bread from the bakery is processed into beer in the craft beer brewery. Part of the mash is replaced with the popular sourdough bread "Der Rebell 36".
