Trinidad Distillers Limited, molasses base, column still. After ex-bourbon pre-maturing, it was allowed to mature in another selected bourbon cask. The result is creamy, with vanilla and lemon zest, orange sugar and a hint of cinnamon. The palate reveals toffee, caramel and gentle wood notes. Sweet, soft and with a warm, long finish, it embodies the classic bourbon cask profile in a particularly elegant form. Limited to 1200 bottles.
