Cask-strength release (50.5% ABV) from Trinidad Distillers Limited, molasses base, column still, tropical ex-bourbon pre-maturing.
The finish in Islay Pinot Noir casks brings strong red fruits, dark berries, subtle tannins and a hint of smoke. There are also notes of toffee, coffee and spicy oak.
Powerful, complex and yet balanced - an expressive rum that combines fruit, spice and maritime depth. Without sugar or colorants.
