Rum from Trinidad Distillers Limited, molasses-based, column still, matured in ex-bourbon casks, then refined in Speyside and Highland whisky casks. Vanilla, toffee, candied apple and candy floss on the nose. On the palate, orange, pear, caramel, butter cream, coconut and raisins combine with fine spices. Creamy, soft and complex, it shows the successful harmony of two barrel worlds with elegant depth.
