OXYMA debuted in the summer of 2021, as the creation of a Ukrainian-Polish couple who inherited the traditions of artisanal spirits production from their families' homes.
The spirits were distilled at Podkarpacka Destylarnia Okowity. The first distillates of the brand, besides pear brandy, are: plum brandy, anise vodka and lime vodka.
The anise vodka surprises with its fineness. In the tasting glass, a pleasant caramel and anise aroma unfolds.
The taste shows some spiciness and herbs. It is warming and refreshing at the same time. It can be used well solo in shots and in cocktails.
It is worth trying it. A flavor that is rare to find not only on the Polish craft distillate market.
