OXYMA debuted in the summer of 2021, as the creation of a Ukrainian-Polish couple who inherited the traditions of artisanal spirits production from their families' homes. The spirits were distilled at Podkarpacka Destylarnia Okowity. The first distillates of the brand, besides pear brandy, are: plum brandy, anise vodka and lime vodka.
The potatoes used to make this spirit come from the family farms of the producers and originators of the OXYMA brand.
The drink itself is the true essence of the potato. The aroma is reminiscent of starch, jacket potatoes and potatoes roasted in the fire.
The taste is creamy, delicate, you can taste potato pancakes, roasted potatoes. The mouthfeel is oily and heavy. It goes perfectly with Polish dishes and snacks, as well as tastings at home.
It is also good as a fancy gift.
