Paserene Marathon sparkles in the glass in a dark, almost violet red. The aroma of blackcurrants is surrounded by dried flowers and black pepper. Although the tannins are very present on the palate, they are very well integrated and the harmonious balance of fruit and oak notes lends the cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Petit Verdot (40%) its elegance. Enjoy this red wine, which is aged in oak and then in the bottle for another six months, with spicy dishes, dark meat or game. But the Paserene Marathon is also a culinary highlight on its own.
