More information about Pozo de Luna Syrah
Made from 100% own vines from the Pozo de Luna and El Jaralito vineyards with a pre-fermentation maceration and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 20 and 28°C. The wine was bottled with natural cork.
The harvest was limited to 4,500 kg per hectare and the wine was bottled with natural cork. Purple with garnet reflections.
Ripe black and blue fruits, hints of lavender, pepper, aromatic herbs, leather and roasted vanilla.
Sweet tannins, great freshness, minerality, power and harmony.
