More information about Raats Dolomite Cabernet Franc 2018
The Raats Dolomite Cabernet Franc owes its name to the limestone soil of the vineyard that provided the grapes for the red wine and is responsible for its mineral notes, which are noticeable on the palate. Fruity aromas of cherries and dark berries, as well as nuances of herbs and spices, perfectly round out the flavor profile of the red wine, which was aged for 14 months in French oak, before bidding farewell to the connoisseur with a velvety smooth finish. Therefore, the red wine is a real treat on its own, but it also goes perfectly with dishes with game, dark meat or cheese.
