Birnenbrand Wahlsche Schnapsbirne is a pure pear brandy. From the connoisseur's point of view, Wahlsche Schnapsbirne is the true "queen of pears". It provides an unforgettable, unique and full-fruity pear flavor and is also round, balanced and complex.

1x Rose Valley Pastorenbirne, 44 % vol. | 100 ml

Birne Pastor is the name of our pure pear brandy made from regional pastor pears, which we harvest every year from our own orchards. The Pastor pear is an old, late variety from rural orchards and is a popular pear for cooking and storage. Its balanced aroma is less intrusive than that of the Williams Christ pear, making it almost more popular among connoisseurs than the supposed classic pear brandy. Thanks to the gentle double distillation process, this fine fruit brandy is particularly mild and has a strong, aromatic pear flavor.

Pear brandy this time "red Williams pear" describes a pure pear brandy. Made from regional red Williams pears from the Seelitz fruit estate near Rochlitz. Certified quality, sustainably grown in an environmentally friendly way, harvested and ripened to perfection for us.
