Gin Roders ist ein handwerklich hergestellter Gin im London Dry-Stil, dem es gelingt, mediterrane Geschmacksrichtungen und Aromen, traditionelle wie Orange und Zitrone und einheimische wie Bittermandel oder Lavendel, einzufangen und eine Differenzierung der organoleptischen Eigenschaften zu erreichen. Ausgehend von einem 100%igen Getreidealkohol von höchster Qualität wird die süße Essenz beibehalten, wodurch die gewünschte Reinheit des Produkts erreicht wird. Als Ergebnis erhalten wir einen störenden und ausgewogenen Gin am Gaumen, der in einem „One-Shot“-Verfahren hergestellt wird.

We are gin producers from Bavaria and have launched our first gin called "Salvador" in the summer of 2020. The fruity combination of mango, papaya, lime and orange gives the gin its unique and exotic taste, which has already delighted many gin lovers. We produce our gin here regionally and completely by hand.

SHADOWS Franconian Dry Gin is a creation of father and son and pairs the taste of an intense juniper note with Franconian organic hops. With SHADOWS Gin you experience the variety of flavors from 19 botanicals, which is created in our manufactory at the gates of Franconian Switzerland.

We produce as a family business in the southern Burgenland pilgrimage town of Maria Bild (Austria) with low yields per hectare wine with a lot of character! We are home to the legendary Uhudler, which captivates with its wild strawberry aroma! And with these grapes we also refine our GIN_Uh!, the first Uhudler gin!

Peter in Florence is the first micro distillery specializing in Gin in Italy, with a dedicated laboratory to give a complete 360-degree gin experience. The Botanicals are grown and harvested by hand to be used in the production of small batches of 314 bottles at a time. To produce Peter in Florence gin, we use a traditional steam infusion distillation method, with a scaled-down version of the historic Carter Head still, which has produced some of the world's best gins.
