I sell healthy and sustainable coffee from our own plantation in Brazil.

Our small family business, the Isarnhoe Distillery in Altenhof near Eckernförde on the Baltic Sea, has been in existence since 2009. Our focus is on processing regionally grown rye into whiskey as well as other grain specialties. In addition, single-variety apple liqueurs made from home-grown fruit are a speciality, although only available seasonally. Aquavit, gin and rum are also among our products. All our products are consistently developed and produced by ourselves.

Die Idee für „Isas Schokoladenbande“ entstand im Frühjahr 2023. Schon lange gab es den Gedanken neben unseren Feinkostladen in Düsseldorf ein eigenes Produktlabel auf den Markt zu bringen. 2023 fühlte sich richtig an, sodass wir dieses Projekt näher unter die Lupe nahmen. Dabei spielten unsere Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre eine entscheidende Rolle: Es sollte ein besonderes Produkt sein, aber auch einfach nicht zu exotisch und speziell – ein Produkt für Alle, die auf Bio setzen, gute Produkte schätzen und ein gewisses Etwas wollen. Der Name fand sich schnell während der Designgestaltung, als wir rumscherzten und unsere Gründerin Isa ihr Team mit ihrer Motivation und Ehrgeiz ansteckte. Ein besonderes Produkt reichte uns nicht, denn wir wollten mehr als nur Schokolade machen.
