Casilla Orive ist ein früh geerntetes natives Olivenöl extra aus Andalusien. Hinter der Marke steht eine Familie aus Jaén, die sich seit Generationen der Herstellung von hochwertigem Olivenöl widmet. Unsere Oliven stammen von jahrhundertealten Olivenbäumen und werden im Einklang mit nachhaltiger Landwirtschaft angebaut. Gewonnen aus der autochthonen Olivensorte Picual, werden die sorgfältig ausgewählten grünen Oliven bereits zu Beginn der Ernte verarbeitet und wenige Stunden nach der Ernte kalt extrahiert. So bleiben die natürlichen Aromen sowie der hohe Gehalt an Polyphenolen erhalten, die unserem Öl seinen charakteristischen Geschmack, seine Intensität und seine besondere Qualität verleihen. Casilla Orive ist eine limitierte Produktion – ein reiner Olivensaft ohne Mischungen, der die Tradition unserer Familie und die Essenz der andalusischen Olivenhaine widerspiegelt.

Chicha Morada is the national drink of the Peruvians. The lemonade is alcohol-free and is made on the basis of purple corn. It has the distinctive color due to a very high content of anthocyanins. The corn grows mainly in the Andes, where the first inhabitants of Peru probably drank this delicious drink. The drink is very popular not only with adults, but also with children. Chicha Morada tastes very fruity, has a slight tart touch and is sweetened differently depending on the region. During preparation, the purple corn is first boiled together with pineapple, cinnamon and cloves. The drink is then strained and flavored with sugar and lemon. Chicha Morada is drunk cold, of course. CLUCKING HEN that's us, Christina and Fabian, a couple from the Sauerland who lived together in Belgium and were captivated by the beer culture there. After a few years as hobby brewers and endless tasting beers from all over the world, we launched our own label in 2018. According to our recipes, the beers are brewed for us in Belgium, with a lot of craft and traditionally aged in the bottle. They all have a special taste and each has its own character, just like the "gurgling hens" in our garden that gave our project its name. We love what we do, showing what beer can be! We have made it our mission to permanently change the market of ready-to-drink coffees and to make naturally refreshing coffee enjoyment for Unterwergs accessible to everyone. Thus, we have redesigned our products from the ground up. We rely exclusively on our high quality Cold Brew coffee with a minimum of 70% per can. We have also replaced cow's milk with oat milk and banned refined sugar as an additive. The natural sweetness of our specially developed oat milk is perfectly sufficient and, in combination with its light créma, a real refreshment.
