Hamburger Goldmandeln
Over 100 years of experience in the production of sugar confectionery is the most important ingredient for the roasted organic nuts of the manufactory Veldkamp. Four selected organic nut varieties are hand-fired here with a little organic cane sugar and refined with the finest ingredients. From organic sesame, ginger and cardamom to 22 carat gold leaf, there is something for every taste. The varieties organic peanut, organic cashew nut, organic almond, organic Brazil nut, Hamburg gold almonds and organic almond Mumbai are available in traditional pointed bags or noble jars. The nuts taste particularly good when briefly warmed at home.

Als klassischer Familienbetrieb haben wir uns auf das Brennen hochwertiger Destillate spezialisiert. Unter Verwendung hochwertiger Zutaten und meisterhafter Brenntechnik produzieren wir lokale Spirituosen-Spezialitäten. Wir verwenden, wo immer möglich, lokale Rohstoffe und Produkte in Bio-Qualität. In unserer Brennerei in Goslar am Harz brennen wir Gin und andere Spirituosen und stellen auch Liköre aus regionalen Produkten her.
Unser Gin ist ein klassischer London Dry Gin, konzentriert auf den Ursprung, das Wacholderaroma steht
im Mittelpunkt. So wie es sein soll und so wie ein echter Gin schmecken muss. Pur ein Genuss, als Gin Tonic unschlagbar. Quellwasser aus dem Harz macht unseren Gin besonders weich und harmonisch. Ein Geschenk der Natur "Made by the Harz-Mountains".
Haßbergkorn
Mein Name ist Holger und ich wohne in Ueschersdorf in den idyllischen Haßbergen. In der kleinen Familienbrennerei, die ich von meinen Eltern übernommen habe, produziere ich auf traditionelle Weise Korn, wie er schon seit Generationen auf unserem Hof hergestellt wird. Das Getreide zur Herstellung baue ich in meinem eigenen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb an, so kann ich die Qualität des Produkts von der Aussaat des Getreides bis zum Abfüllen des Korns zu 100% garantieren.
Hausberg Gin / Hausberg Rum
Liebes Honest&Rare,
wir sind ein Familienunternehmen aus Bremen, das hochwertige Spirituosen für die gehobene Gastronomie und anspruchsvolle private Kunden entwickelt und vertreibt. Unsere Produkte sind 12-fach national und internationale ausgezeichnet.
Unsere Produkte werden handwerklich in kleinen Stückzahlen in der Märkischen Spezialitätenbrennerei Hagen hergestellt. Unsere Gins sind vegan und frei von Zucker, Farbe, Glitzer und künstlichen Aromen. Beim Rum gibt es ein Produkt das zur Chargenangleich mit Zuckerkulör gefärbt ist. Dies ist jedoch branchenüblich, da der Markt von gezuckerter und gefärbter Importware geprägt ist.
In 2023 kommt unser erster in Deutschland destillierter und fassgelagerter Rum auf den Markt. In 2024/25 folgt der Whisky.

Hinricus Noyte’s Spirituosen Wismar
The Brauhaus am Lohberg was founded around 1400, when beer was one of the main trades in Wismar and there were still around 180 breweries. The city book of Wismar reveals that Hinricus Noyte was the first brewer and founder of the Brauhaus am Lohberg. Since 2010, spirits have now also been produced here. In honor of the founder, the spirits bear the name Hinricus Noyte. Several of them have already won gold and silver medals. Among other things, the distillery is known for its Aqua Vitae, the Wismarian Dry Gin and Sloe Gin, and the Baltach Wismarian Single Malt Whisky, which was even reported on in the New York Times.

To do this, I develop and test cultivation methods myself. I want our agriculture to be more diverse, bold and sustainable. That's why I and my family are switching to organic farming and producing healthy food with a smaller environmental footprint. To do this, I mainly grow food that can be used as a good substitute for meat.
With 14 crops appearing in cultivation, we create habitats for a wide variety of insects and animals. One of these foods is our lupine coffee - just try it.
