Wir saßen mal wieder unter Freunden zusammen, genossen gutes Essen und einen edlen Tropfen Wein. Zum Abschluss des Abends gab es dann noch einen Gin, der uns jedoch nicht so richtig begeisterte. Das war der Anlass zu sagen: “Das können wir besser!” Nach und nach sprudelten die Ideen, und wir beschäftigten uns immer konkreter damit, einen eigenen Gin nach unseren Vorstellungen zu konzipieren. Ein Produzent war schnell gefunden. Uns war wichtig, dass wir in Franken produzieren und ausschließlich hochwertige und natürliche Zutaten verwenden. Original Franken Bitter „Milder Kräuterlikör“ besteht aus eigener Rezeptur, die aus 39 verschiedenen Kräutern und Wurzeln hergestellt werden. (Kamillenblüten, Enzianwurzel, Orangenschalen.) Die Kräuter werden mit hochwertigen Alkohol mazeriert.Die Aromen und Bitterstoffe werden dadurch gelöst so das der Grundstoff für den Franken Bitter entsteht. Die Lagerung muss mind. 6 Monate betragen damit sich das Bukett entwickelt. Danach kann der Franken Bitter Fertig gemischt werden. Die weiteren Zutaten sind Karamelisierter Zucker um eine ausgewogene Süß-Bittere Note zu erhalten.

Since our grandma has been collecting the sap for decades, we have grown up with this magical juice. Pangaea olive oil from Greece is the olive oil of the families Lakirdakis and Chrysafoudis. The olives for our olive oil come exclusively from our own olive groves. These are located in the north of Greece between the Pangaion Mountains and the Gulf of Orfanos, near the city of Kavala. Our olive oils are cold extracted from hand-picked olives. The time between harvesting and processing is usually no more than six hours. With every bottle of Pangaea Olive Oil you receive a freshly harvested, premium quality olive oil of the best taste.
