The Steenberg Magna Carta is the estate's best white wine, reflecting its terroir incredibly well. This vintage of the cuvée made from Sauvignon Blanc (70%) and Sémillon (30%) delights on the nose with aromas of elderberry and jasmine blossom surrounded by star anise. On the palate, the white wine scores with its elegance, rich fruit and spicy tones. A crisp acidity rounds off the complex Steenberg Magna Carta perfectly. Whether served with fish, seafood, duck or on its own - this white wine, which has matured for eight months in French oak, is simply always a pleasure.
